This is a very exciting
time to chair the Synod Mission Committee. Vision 4 Life is a
breath of fresh and I hope will give new impetuous to our faith
through the Bible and Prayer. I have high expectation that it
help us find greater clarity over the place and purpose of
Evangelism in our local URC's. Whilst still fairly new to the
Synod I have been a URC minister for some time, I celebrate my
25th anniversary summer 09.
I
am committed to the growth and health of local churches, such
churches give honour to Jesus and are best able to serve the
community in which they are placed. We on the committee are here
to serve you the local Church. Synod exists for that purpose I
try to always keep that perspective in the work I engage in.
