Employing a Youth  and Children's Worker

The Synod has a budget to help churches considering the employment of  a  Youth or Children' s Worker. If you have not yet done so it would help you to have a conversation with the Youth & Children's Work Training & Development Officer - Henry Playle: 

You will need to complete the Application Form and the Pro Forma Finance Annual Costs. The Appraisal Form will be required at the end of the first year.
