Simon Bass is married with two children, one of whom has special needs. He has worked for CCPAS since 1998, and has specific responsibility for a specialist-fostering project providing respite care for children with disabilities. Prior to this Simon worked as a social worker for two local authorities and has extensive experience of working with children and adults with physical and learning disabilities.
