of the Synod as a separate legal entity,
manages its financial affairs, setting
budgets and providing statutory reports
thereon
In respect
of local churches, reviews and, if
accepted, approves Synod grants and
loans, and all acquisitions, disposals,
leases, rentals, and major alterations
to property. The committee
operates subject to Synod-approved
finance policy and budgetary approvals.
Confirms
and monitors a target for the Synod to
the Assembly Ministry & Mission Fund
