Fields of Responsibility:
In respect
of the Synod as a separate legal entity,
manages its financial affairs,
recommends
budgets and oversees the provision of statutory reports.
In respect
of local churches, reviews and, if
accepted, approves Synod grants and
loans, and all acquisitions, disposals,
leases, rentals, and major alterations
to property. The committee
operates subject to Synod-approved
finance policy and budgetary approvals.
Confirms
and monitors a target for the Synod to
the Assembly Ministry & Mission Fund
Considers
LBAC recommendations
Monitors implementation
within Synod Manse Policy

churches, including recommendations from
the Listed Buildings Advisory Committee,
and approves if accepted, in line with
the URC Procedure for Listed Buildings.
