Training opportunities for local churches.  The Eastern Synod Training and Development Officer will produce more focus booklets annually, so remember to check what is here.  The ATOM booklet was produced in 2005, but we feel this may still be a worthwhile reference book for those looking for some advice on offering ministry all together.
