Local Church

The URC is made up of its local churches, each with members, Elders and Church Meeting. Information about membership and eldership can be found on the URC website by clicking on the links below. 

Each church regularly reviews its purpose and mission through the Local Mission and Ministry Review (LMMR) procedure, using Vision2020 as a framework to help that review and to engage with their faith and their mission in the local community.

One of the roles of the Mission and Training Officer is to help equip the local church to face the challenges of modern society.  Lindsey is available to support and develop churches in their local mission context and in local church life.
