ATOM (All Together Offering Ministry)

There is nothing new under the sun, as scripture reminds us. It was Moses who had to be advised to use a team to help him, and whose leadership was shared with his brother Aaron and sister Miriam. The Apostles in going out with the Good News usually went in pairs or small groups, and quickly appointed elders to give shared leadership in newly formed local churches. The gifts of leadership given to us by Christ were soon identified as being for the purpose of equipping all Christians for their ministries. It is as we each use the gifts given to us by God to serve others that the church grows, not only in vitality but in Christ-likeness.
